About the benefit:
1. Eligible Magnus customers can choose among the following for the joining/annual benefit:
a. 1 complimentary one - way Domestic Flight in economy class where maximum booking value of the flight is Rs.10,000/- inclusive of taxes.
b. Tata CLiQ voucher worth Rs.10000
 
Eligibility:
Upon activating the Magnus credit card by doing the first transaction on the card.

How to avail:
1. Customer will receive an SMS communicating that he/she is eligible for a complimentary flight ticket/Tata CLiQ voucher worth Rs.10000.
2. Customer has to call the Axis Bank Concierge at 1800 103 4962 to book the ticket.
3. Axis Bank concierge will check the eligibility of the customer and takes the choice from the customer.
a. If customer choses Flight ticket
i. Concierge shares flight voucher on mail with the customer
ii. Customer gets a call back from the booking desk within 30 min
iii. Customer has to provide the desired flight details and the booking desk will give a list of eligible flights to the customer as per his/her requirements
iv. Customer chooses one of the eligible flights and produces the voucher code as a confirmation to book the flight
v. Booking desk uses the voucher code to book the flight and sends a Re.1 transaction link to the customer vi. Customer has to make the Re.1 transaction using the Axis Bank Magnus credit card to authenticate the booking process vii. Once the Re.1 transaction is successful, booking confirmation will be sent to the customer on e-mail
b. If customer chooses Tata CLiQ voucher
i. Voucher is sent to the customer via email within 24 working hours
ii. Customer visits Tata CLiQ app or tatacliq.com
iii. Customer signs up or logs in to his/her account
iv. Customers goes to the CLiQ cash section
v. In the CLiQ cash section, customer needs to enter the gift card number and PIN to add the amount
vi. Customer can use the CLIQ cash for shopping on the site/app.

Terms and conditions for flight ticket:
1. The benefit is applicable only on Axis Bank Magnus credit cards.
2. For the flight ticket, booking must be made at least 10 days prior to the date of travel.
3. Benefit should be availed within 6 months of receiving the SMS of offer eligibility.
4. The flight tickets would be non-cancellable and non-refundable tickets.
5. Once the ticket is issued, Axis Bank will not be liable to reschedule the flights.
6. The flight can be any direct as well as connecting flight across India.
7. In case, a particular flight booked is cancelled by the airline for any reason whatsoever and in case the airline is unable to provide any other alternative flight to the customer, Customer(s) shall be provided an alternative flight on the sector/ route on which the Customer had originally requested to be booked for itself. However, such alternative flight may be a direct or stop-over flight and shall depend on the availability.
8. All applicable government and airport taxes will be included in the ticket however all extra charges such as extra baggage, meals etc. will have to be borne by the customer.
9. Quoting the voucher code during the booking process by the customer will be taken as the final confirmation for booking a particular flight. Once the voucher code is communicated by the customer to the booking agent, in no cases will the customer be allowed to change the choice of flight.
10. In case of non – availability of flights as per customer’s requirement, customer will have to provide an alternate date of travel.
11. Axis Bank shall have the right of choice and operating time of an Airline. Customer will have to choose only from the options provided to him at the time of booking.
12. No change in name of the passenger(s) from that provided at the time of booking shall be permitted
13. This benefit cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by any airline
14. The Voucher Codes are valid for ONE time transaction only and non-cumulative. Under no circumstances the balance value, if any, of the voucher will be carried forward.
15. No change or cash can be taken in exchange of the Voucher Code. If the Voucher Code is lost or stolen, Axis Bank will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.
16. This is for individual use only, Travel agents found using the card would lead to cancellation of booking and no refund would be made.


Terms and conditions for Tata CliQ gift voucher:
These terms and conditions apply to Tata CLiQ Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited ("QwikCilver"). QwikCilver is a private limited company organized under the laws of India, and is the issuer of Gift Cards. Purchase or use of the Tata CLiQ Gift Card constitutes agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions, as updated or modified from time to time.
1. Tata CLiQ Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on tatacliq.com. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's CLiQ Cash balance.
2. Any unused CLiQ cash balance will remain associated with the redeemer's tatacliq.com account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date.
3. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's CLiQ Cash balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card.
4. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
5. QwikCilver may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards that they purchase or use. 
6. Tata CLiQ Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. These Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
7. Unused Gift Card balances associated with a tatacliq.com account may not be transferred to another tatacliq.com account.
8. No interest will be payable by QwikCilver on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance. QwikCilver makes no representation or warranty that tatacliq.com will always be accessible without interruption.
9. Fraud: QwikCilver is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Tata UniStore Limited ("Tata CLiQ") will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on tatacliq.com.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You, QwikCilver and Tata CLiQ each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai. You agree to indemnify QwikCilver and Tata CLiQ for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.
 
5. Limitation of Liability. NEITHER QWIKCILVER NOR Tata CLiQ MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NONFUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
 
6. General Terms. The tatacliq.com Conditions of Use apply to Gift Cards. QwikCilver reserves the right to change these Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.


Other terms and conditions
1. The decision of Axis Bank will be final and binding on all and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
2. Axis Bank reserves the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/ or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entire or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
3. Axis Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
4. Axis Bank is only communicating the offer and will not be held liable for the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the offer
5. The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
6. Axis Bank reserves the right to modify / alter the offer or all or any of the terms applicable to the offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Axis Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
7. In case of all matters relating to the offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any Cardholder, Axis Bank’s decision shall be final and binding on Cardholders in all respects.
8. Axis Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and/or services must be resolved by the Cardholder with the concierge desk at 1800 103 4962
9. The terms and conditions governing the offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Card issued by Axis Bank
10. Images provided in promotions are only for pictorial representation and Axis Bank does not undertake any liability or responsibility for the same.
11. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of any third party and is not intended to create any rights and obligations.
12. The offer by Axis Bank is subject to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines/ regulations and as per bank's extant guidelines from time to time.
13. Axis Bank may use the services of agents for sales / marketing of the products/services. Copy Rights of Axis Bank Limited. All rights are reserved
14. Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card Holder/s under the offer.
15. Axis Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and /or services under the offer.
16. Axis Bank reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
17. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the cardholder and Axis Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues. 18. The offer is not available wherever prohibited and products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
19. Logos/trademarks used are owned by respective entities. Axis Bank has been authorised to use these logos/trademarks for offer promotion purposes.
20. Axis Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate the successful Cardholders about the discount under the offer.
21. Any person taking the advantage of this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
22. Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
